In most services, after registration you land on an empty screen: no projects, no tasks, no roles — you have to create everything manually before you can start doing anything. PRO-dela works differently: your workspace appears at the same time as your account, without a separate step like "first, set up your company."

This article explains what happens in the first seconds after registration: what company, project, and roles the platform creates automatically, how the one-time "Your workspace is ready" prompt works, and how you can get to your first real task in just two clicks from there.

One Registration Step, Not an Empty Screen After It

Today, registration in PRO-dela requires a phone number and password, with SMS confirmation if SMS sending is enabled and actually available on your platform. Besides phone and password, the form asks for your name — it will be used a bit later in the name of your first company — and an optional email for contact: it is not used as a login, so email remains a contact channel in PRO-dela, not the primary way to sign in. You also need to accept the mandatory legal agreements as a separate step — without that, the form won't submit.

On the same page, there may be a VK ID login button — it appears when this provider is enabled and configured on your specific platform deployment. Where it exists, it is currently the only social registration option actually available on the login and registration interface.

Immediately after successful registration, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided — this is a separate, non-blocking step: you don't have to confirm it right away, and you can start working in PRO-dela before doing so.

The "Your Workspace Is Ready" Modal

Right after the company, project, and roles are ready, a modal window opens in the interface with the title "Your workspace is ready." It contains two cards showing the name of the created company and project, a short explanation of what the platform has already done, and a separate tip that PRO-dela has voice input: you can dictate tasks, descriptions, and comments using the microphone button instead of typing.

Two Quick Actions That Lead Directly to the Project

Below the cards are four buttons: invite members, create a task, simply open the project, and start later. The first two lead not to an abstract "where to start" page, but directly to the interface of the existing project — with the right tab and the right window already open.

Invite Members

The button switches the project to the "Members" tab and opens the invitation window itself — the same window you would use at any later time, but already opened for you. Create Your First Task

The button switches the project to the "Tasks" tab and opens the same task creation window as the regular "New Task" button inside the project — but now over the empty task list of the new project. This is the shortest path from registration to your first real task: two clicks instead of searching for where exactly in the interface tasks are created.

Why You Won't See the Modal Twice

The pending prompt is stored in the browser, not just on the server — it survives page reloads but is tied to a specific user: if another person unexpectedly logs into the same browser while the modal is being shown, the other person's prompt will not appear. As soon as you close the modal in any way — via an action button or just the close icon — the pending state is removed.

On a regular re-login to an existing account, the server does not return modal data at all: this is not a "window that checks whether it was shown before," but a scenario that is simply not triggered again on login. Logging out additionally clears the pending state so it doesn't carry over to the next login.

The Same Scenario for Registration via VK ID

If you register not by phone but via the VK ID button — where it is enabled — the same platform service triggers the automatic creation of the company, project, and roles, but only for a truly new user whom PRO-dela sees for the first time. Since in this case the provider's callback page comes into play instead of the registration form, the ready workspace is passed to it — and the exact same one-time modal opens there, without any extra screens between login and the prompt.

If a person with an existing PRO-dela account logs in via VK ID, it's a regular login: no new company, no repeated modal.

What This Quick Start Does Not Do

Honestly about the limitations:

• only the first company and first project are created automatically — a second company, second project, or additional roles beyond the standard set still need to be set up manually;
• activation of the trial tariff depends on whether a trial tariff is configured on the platform at all; if not, the company is created without an active tariff, and choosing a tariff becomes a separate manual step;
• the modal currently only leads to two places — inviting members and creating a task; other project sections are opened via regular navigation, not through special onboarding scenarios;
• voice input and other AI capabilities of the platform are optional features with their own settings, not something guaranteed to be enabled right after registration;
• login or notifications via Telegram are not involved in this scenario;
• this is a one-time action for a new account: it does not repeat on every login and does not restore an already closed modal.

What if I close the modal without clicking anything — will the company and project disappear?

Do I need to pay for the first project right away?
